I love my Nomad kit (bibs & jacket). Had a zipper issue & Strafe customer service took great care of me. This is my 2nd full strafe kit and I love the innovation - pockets inside pockets for example!
Whether its touring in the backcountry, or hot lapping lifts on a pow day this has been my go to jacket. Being able to fit my skins in the chest pockets for hot lapping pillow lines in Nelson BC, or fitting enough snacks for the day at Bridger Bowl so I don't miss out on my favorite lines is one of my favorite features besides the event fabric, which keeps my dry inside and out.
This jacket is my daily driver for uphill touring and downhill resort skiing. It performs in all conditions and I don't leave home without it.
My Nomad in the turkish blue colorway is my favorite jacket I've ever had. Looks super clean, has durable waterproofing, and fits perfectly. I tend to prefer a bit of a baggier fit and the L is perfect for me at 5'9
