Returns & Exchanges
We understand that the product you ordered might not be what you expected or you're looking for something different.
We can accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Orders placed during the holiday season qualify for a return window of 45 days.
- Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
- Items must have hang tags on and be returned in original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be in perfect resalable condition with no visible signs of wear or use.
- Refunds for store credit are issued as a digital gift card.
- There is no restocking or handling fee for returns and exchanges.
- We offer free returns through Re:Do for US and CA.
- Without Re:Do coverage, the customer is responsible for shipping.
What is Re:Do
- When you purchase Re:Do at checkout for a small fee, your return shipping label is covered, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for FREE.
- If you decide not to buy Re:Do, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
- Re:Do coverage is automatically added to your cart before checkout. To remove Re:do, please toggle the button in your cart prior to checkout.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order on the site and follow the instructions below for a return for refund. This is the fastest and easiest way to ensure you get your desired item and receive it in a timely manner.
